After choosing your package and making a payment, you will gain access to your personal dashboard, where you can communicate with your designer and track your orders. First, we will ask you to fill in the cover design brief. If we have any additional questions, we will contact you for clarification. You will receive your book cover within 36 hours in business days. We offer an unlimited number of free revisions and a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with the design.

The 36 hours are counted from the moment the client submits the brief. These hours are only counted on business days, from Monday to Friday. The timer stops on weekends, Saturday and Sunday. If we do not meet the 36-hour deadline, we will refund your money and provide the cover for free.

To begin, we require some basic details about your book, including its title, subtitle, author name, genre, and any content you want on the back cover, like a summary or author biography. It’s also crucial to indicate if your book is part of a series to ensure design consistency across all titles.

You will have the chance to express your vision for the cover, upload any relevant files, give instructions to your designer, and share links to any preferred stock images for inclusion in your cover design.

We’ll also ask about the technical aspects of your book, such as trim size, page count, paper type, and the publishing platform you’re using. While providing this information upfront is not compulsory, you’re encouraged to share it at your convenience.

No worries at all! We’re ready to kick off the project even if you’re not able to share all the details right away. You’re welcome to submit this information at a later stage, and we’ll make the necessary updates to your files free of charge, even if the project has already been finalized. This flexibility extends to various aspects, including:

• The dimensions of the cover
• Page count
• Paper quality
• Back cover text
• Any changes to the title or subtitle
• The author’s name
• Author’s photograph
• The inclusion of a barcode

Should your previous cover have been crafted by our team, just proceed to place your order via our website, ideally using the same email address you used before.

Our service includes limitless revisions, ensuring we fine-tune the design until it meets your full satisfaction. If, for any reason, you decide not to proceed, we will provide a complete refund.

We source licensed stock images from platforms like Depositphotos and Shutterstock. Upon project completion, we furnish our clients with a document that includes links to the sources and detailed licensing information for both the images and fonts utilized in their project.

Since we use licensed stock images for designing book covers, photographers own the copyright to the images, and GetFast holds a copyright as a book cover designer. However, we grant you all the rights that we possess to use your book cover for its intended purposes.

Sure, you can provide your own images if you own the copyrights to them. Otherwise, we can use them as a reference only.
